What Awaits Andrey Arshavin?

Since the former Zenit and Arsenal player Andrey Arshavin’s early release by Kuban, plenty of rumours have surrounded the little midfielder. While Arshavin only managed a meager 356 minutes in the autumn season for the Yellow-Greens, his now former coach Dmitri Khokhlov has assured everyone that he is still a good player. After six disappointing months with Kuban Krasnodar in southern Russia, Andrey Arshavin was today released from his contract. The termination was announced on the official website of the Yellow-Greens and was described as a mutual agreement between the two parties, which Arshavin later confirmed to Sport-Express.
