1: Yura Movsisyan, Spartak Moscow

The Armenian striker extended his contract with Spartak in April. His new contract made him one of Spartak’s best paid players. Movsisyan’s 14/15 season was unfortunately ruined by injuries, which explains why he only found the back net two times. Movsisyan has earlier been linked with big clubs like the German cup winners Wolfsburg, and Liverpool, but after his disappointing season it is unlikely that these clubs are still interested.
Movsisyan’s next destination is most likely the American Major League Soccer, and Movsisyan has already expressed that he is ready to return to the country that gave him his football education. Movsisyan is an expensive gentleman with his new contract, but the MLS clubs have many times proved that they are not afraid to pay big money for their targets.
A few days ago Movsisyan left the Armenian national team training camp to undergo a medical check in USA. Movsisyan was injured and therefore unable to play, and it is unknown whether it was Spartak or an American club who told him to go to the States.
Spartak Moscow has recently hired Dmitri Alenichev as the club’s new head coach. It is still unknown what his plans are with Movsisyan.

2: Balazs Dzsudzsak, Dinamo Moscow
The Hungarian midfielder’s contract expires this winter, which means that the summer is Dinamo’s last chance of selling Dzsuzsak if they want to earn some money. Dinamo’s sport director Guram Adzhoyev has revealed that the club is forced to sell players before it can buy new ones. This is because of the club’s serious problems with UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules. Furthermore the club is looking to lower its wage level, and several players have already accepted pay cuts. Dzsudzsak who was bought at Anzhi last summer is one of the higher paid players and his departure could create room for needed new blood.
Dzsudzsak was last winter heavily linked with Inter, but Lazio currently looks like the favourites in the fight for his signature.

3: Alan Dzagoev, CSKA Moscow
CSKA Moscow’s Alan Dzagoev played a solid season for the Army Men, and he is one of few Russian players with an internationally known name. Dzagoev got his big break through at the 2012 Euro’s where he scored three goals before Russia’s exit in the group stage.
Dzagoev’s current contract with CSKA was signed in August last year, and it runs out after the 2018/2019 season. Dzagoev has not expressed a with to leave CSKA and Russia anytime soon, but like anyone else he could be tempted by a big West European club.
That club could be Tottenham Hotspurs who, according to Transfermarketweb, is ready to spend around 22 million euros on CSKA’s midfield asset. Ever since Dzagoev’s Euro performance in 2012 Tottenham has been one of his suitors. According to Transfermarketweb is Italian AS Roma also considering Dzagoev.

4: José Salomón Rondón, Zenit St. Petersburg
The Venezuelan striker finished the season with 13 goals and two assists for Zenit St. Petersburg, only two less than the team and league top scorer Hulk. Rondón did however go long periods without scoring, which can explain why Zenit signed the Russian striker Artem Dzyuba on a free transfer from Spartak Moscow. Rondón was often sacrificed when Zenit needed to bring in Russian players to live up to the rules of the Russian Premier League.
The latest rumours from St. Petersburg are that Zenit has bid around 20 million euro on Atletico Madrid’s Mario Mandzukic. If this turns out to be true it is clear that Rondón needs to find a new club during this summer.
Rondon is however a quality striker, and if he has to leave Zenit he will not lack suitors. In May Tutto Mercato Web wrote that Wolfsburg wanted to sign Rondón. Since then the club has however signed German international Max Kruse, which makes a deal unlikely unless the Volkswagen owned club sell either Bas Dost or Nicklas Bendtner.
Rondón is also well-known in Spain, where he played four successful seasons for Las Palmas and Malaga.
The most unlikely thing to happen is however that Zenit keeps Rondón to have two quality strikers, as well as the experienced Aleksandr Kerzhakov, for the important Champions League matches next season. Zenit should have other priorities than signing a new striker.

5: André Vilas-Boas, Zenit St. Petersburg
The last on the list is not a player, but Zenit coach André Vilas-Boas. Vilas-Boas brought the championship back to St. Petersburg and he took Zenit to the quarterfinals of the Europa League. Despite his failures at Chelsea and Tottenham he is still a popular man and he has been heavily linked with several high profile jobs around Europe this summer.
The Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo linked him with the empty seat at Real Madrid in May, while he later negotiated with AC Milan. According to the Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri he even accepted Milan’s offer, but the Italians refused to pay his release clause.

Vilas-Boas has also been rumoured to both West Ham United and Marseille.
Vilas-Boas is not afraid to let the Russian journalists know whenever he is unhappy with something, and it is not unlikely that he will leave Zenit when his contract expires after next season, but for now he seems keen on continuing his work in Russia and hopefully taking Zenit to new European highs in next year’s Champions League.
