Terek have been dominant at home this season, losing just once to Krasnodar and only conceding more than once on one occasion. Combining this with the fact that Krylia have the lowest amount of goals scored this season, and their lowly league table position, I feel this is a safe bet.
Bet Two: €5 Krasnodar - Anzhi: Fedor Smolov to score anytime @2.05 at Bet365
There is no doubt that Fedor Smolov is the Russian Premier League’s hottest form at the moment. With 7 goals in his last 4 appearances, including a goal of the season contender last weekend against Ufa, the Russian international striker is in a prime position to continue his goal-scoring form against lowly Anzhi.
Bet Three: €5 Zenit - Kuban: Zenit to win @1.28 at Bet365
A very safe bet, but this is quite tactical from my perspective as I would like to work my way up the ranks in the RFN Betting competition. On paper, Zenit should dominate Kuban, and with the Krasnodar side rumoured to be parting ways with manager Sergey Tashuev, unrest in the camp could make a lowly match even worse.

Bet One: €9 Mordovia - Rostov: Rostov to win (-1,5) @3.1 at Bet365
It is still unknown whether or not Mordovia’s players will play this match after boycotting the practice earlier this week due to unpaid salaries. Sergey Pryadkin, the president of the RFPL, has guaranteed that the match will be played, which means will see either a bunch of youngsters like we saw it happen with Arsenal Tula a year ago, or a bunch of players thinking about their missing salaries. Anyway, Mordovia are ranked last and Rostov first.
Bet Two: €9 Lokomotiv - Spartak: Lokomotiv to win @2.05 at Bet365
Lokomotiv are fighting for a spot in next year’s Champions League, while Spartak have lost all hope of qualifying for Europa League after last weekend’s embarrasing 2-2 against Mordovia at home. Spartak needs to show their fans some desire and will-to-win, so they should work hard this game, which could actually work to the advantage of Lokomotiv. The hosts doesn’t like to play against defensive teams who hope for 0-0, and against Spartak they can play counter attacking football against a passionate, but vulnerable opponent.
Bet Three: €2 Ural - CSKA: Ural to win @7 at Bet365
This is my risky bet. Ural doesn’t have a lot to play for at the moment, as they are safe from relegation and far away from Europe at the moment. However, they are playing some pretty good football at the moment, and CSKA’s players are tired after RFPL, Cup and national team games in the past few weeks. CSKA are furthermore without their two best full-backs and in-form wonderkid Aleksandr Golovin.
